Terms & Conditions – Coaching & Mentorship Services
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching and mentorship services provided by Caroline. By purchasing or engaging in any package, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Nature of Services
All services provided are strategic coaching and mentorship, designed to support business growth, marketing strategy, and offer development.
Results will vary depending on the client’s level of implementation, time availability, and external factors. No specific income or business outcome is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a qualifying package below.
3. No Guarantee (Standard & Monthly Packages)
For all single-session, monthly, or shorter-term packages, there is no financial or results-based guarantee.
These packages are designed for guidance, strategy, and support, and outcomes depend entirely on the client’s implementation.
4. Performance Guarantee (10-Session+ Packages)
For clients who commit to a 10-session package or quarterly or extended engagement, a conditional performance guarantee is offered:

If the client does not generate at least 50% of their investment back during the agreed working period, a refund may be issued - provided all conditions below are met.
5. Conditions of Guarantee
To qualify for the guarantee, the client must:
5.1 Attendance & Participation
• Attend all scheduled sessions within the time frame
• Actively participate in planning and strategy
• Complete agreed actions between sessions
5.2 Implementation Timeline
The client agrees to work toward the following milestones:
Sessions 1–2:
• Define target audience, positioning, and offer direction
• Establish overall strategy and implementation plan
By Session 1/4 time into package (EG: 10 session package = session 3):
• Create and finalize a lead magnet or entry-point offer
By Session 5–6:
• Launch lead generation efforts:
Organic content strategy or Paid traffic (if chosen)
Traffic Requirements:
• Organic: consistent content distribution using agreed strategy
or
• Paid ads: minimum $100 USD/week ad spend
5.3 Offer Activation
By Session 1/2 time into package (EG: 10 session package = session 5) the client must:
• Have a live signature offer (program, service, or equivalent)
• Be actively directing leads toward that offer
5.4 Lead Generation Activity
The client must:
• Actively drive traffic to their lead magnet and/or offer
• Follow the agreed strategy (organic or paid)
• Maintain consistency in execution
6. Disqualification from Guarantee
The guarantee will be considered void if:
• The client does not attend sessions
• The client does not implement agreed strategies
• The client delays execution beyond agreed timelines
• The client does not launch a lead magnet or offer
• The client does not drive traffic (organic or paid as agreed)
• The client is unavailable or unable to commit time to the process
• The client has not informed Caroline of concerns during the program
7. Refund Process
If all conditions are met and the client has not generated at least 50% of their investment:
• A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the final session
• Proof of implementation and activity may be requested
• Refund eligibility will be assessed based on adherence to the above terms
8. Client Responsibility
The client understands that:
• Results are dependent on execution, consistency, and decision-making
• Coaching provides strategy and guidance - not done-for-you services
• Time, effort, and follow-through are essential for success
9. Commitment to Process
This work is designed to produce results through focused implementation over time. The structure of the 10-session+ packages are intentionally designed to accelerate outcomes, and therefore carries higher expectations for execution within a shorter timeframe.
10. Final Agreement
By purchasing or engaging in coaching services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
This guarantee is designed to support committed clients who fully engage in the process. It is not intended for those who are unable or unwilling to implement the agreed strategy.
